Orders & Payments
• Orders can be placed using prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) options
• Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment partners
• No account creation is required to place an order

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email
• Customers can track their shipment directly with the courier partner
• We actively assist customers in case of delivery-related concerns.

 

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Cancellations are not accepted after dispatch
