Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Charges
• Prepaid orders: Free shipping
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹29 is applied to cover handling and logistics costs.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment easily.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

 

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
• If you choose to cancel the order after a failed delivery, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.
• For COD orders that are refused or not accepted at delivery without a valid reason, the ₹29 COD charge is non-refundable, as return shipping and handling costs are borne by us.
