Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Calvero, we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a product that does not meet expectations due to a valid issue, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
• There is any genuine issue with the product received
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
• The item must be in resalable condition
Products that fail to meet these conditions may not be approved.
Return & Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup wherever serviceable.
After the product is received and inspected, the request will be processed accordingly.
Exchange
Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable:
A refund will be issued after applicable deductions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer, as applicable.
Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of:
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Products damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery
Important Notes
Return or exchange requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Final approval is subject to quality inspection.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet policy conditions.
